The above shows the Recurring Quest (RQ) called "R'lyeh" (circled in red). There are two options to RQ's, fulfill or abort. If you abort, and keep aborting, this same quest will come back up because ... well, it is Recurring. The rewards for RQs are always random but each one will pay diamonds at least once.
Here, 25 FP was committed to meet the requirements of the RQ (different values for different ages, but always the same value in each age). The base payout for Goods are a quantity of 5, but due to the Chateau Frontenac (Level 16), a 180% bonus was applied, thus the reward is 14 Goods for each successful transaction of any RQ.
